Welcome to Buckingham Estates Homeowners Association website.
Buckingham Estates Homes Association was established by Declaration in November, 1985 and incorporated with the Kansas Secretary of State in September, 1986. Our original By-laws were adopted on October 1, 1986. A new set of By-laws were adopted on January 12, 2008, replacing the original document.
Buckingham Estates includes 120 homes with a great mix of age groups with a variety of backgrounds. We have the advantage of being only a couple of blocks from our Valley Park neighborhood school and the Blue Valley North High School. We are only about 1/2 mile from the Sprint / Nextel campus and the Leawood Towne Center shopping center.
